What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms and booking forms

Data you choose to share (including your name, email address, phone number, company name and event details) when you contact Oliver Parker is securely stored by Giggio Ltd. – the professional entertainers CRM so that Oliver can respond to your enquiry or confirm your booking and be able to  contact you leading up to the booking, perform at your event and follow up after the booking is fulfilled.

Your event information may also be securely stored in my private Google Calendar to help plan for your event.

Your information is private and will never be shared with any third party, unless you have requested for another recommended professional, such as another close up magician, to contact you. If Oliver is unavailable for your event date or you would like to hire other recommended event suppliers, for example and have asked for others to contact you directly.

I do not currently have a newsletter, so you will not be opted in to any automated bulk marketing.
